Champions for Health Soiree

Welcome to the 3rd annual Champions for Health Soirée - To Wellness and Beyond.

Thank you for supporting the vulnerable uninsured patients who receive free surgeries and specialty healthcare from our volunteer Project Access physicians, hospitals, and surgery centers.

This event will raise money for Project Access San Diego (PASD). Since 2008, PASD has facilitated over $22 million in pro bono specialty care, procedures, and surgeries in collaboration with a network of physicians, hospitals, and clinics across San Diego County. These life-saving services have been provided to more than 6,250 patients who have been able to regain their health, return to work, care for their families, and remain productive members of their community.

Our event takes place at the beautiful and unique San Diego Air & Space Museum. It will bring together 150 guests to be a part of an unforgettable evening with new and old friends, fantastic food, captivating entertainment, an exciting silent auction, and a special awards presentation for your volunteer Champions.

Our vision is a memorable event that awakens wellness, raises money for our life-saving program, and showcases outstanding individuals and organizations that have supported Champions for Health throughout the past year.

COVID Guidelines

Event guests agree to follow the current California Department of Public Health Guidelines along with San Diego County Guidelines for Indoor Events. Specifically, you must present proof upon entry that you and everyone in your party meet the vaccination or testing requirements detailed below.

Per the California Department of Public Health, the CDPH Guidance for Face Coverings and the San Diego County Safe Reopening Guidelines, the State and County requires that attendees of all ages be fully vaccinated (i.e., two weeks or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or received the second dose in a 2-dose series) or obtain a negative COVID-19 test within one day for an antigen test and two days for a PCR test prior to entry into an event, and the CDPH is requiring masks to be worn in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccine status.

Photo ID must match the proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test for all attendees age 18 and older. Acceptable identification is any document that includes the name of the person and photograph.
